This is the artbook of the third Valkyria Chronicles, only released on PSP in Japan. It’s thinner again than the Valkyria Chronicles 2 Artbook, with 255 pages.  There are just five parts in this book : Characters, Military Affairs and Natural History, Story, Process, and Interview. The most important is the first one with more than hundred pages. There is a lot of works into this part, like in the others. But this time, there is almost no characters drawn in swimsuits or underwears ! This is more close to the background than in the previous books.
