Kawamoto Toshihiro is a famous person in the japanese animation. He worked on unforgettable titles such as Gundam, Escaflowne, Cowboy Bebop… I found this Artbook by chance and I have ordered the second one which I’ll receive soon.

This Artbook contains illustrations of titles he worked on between 1985 and 1995. Mobile Suit Gundam, or Golden Boy, for example. The most of the content is final illustrations but there are some roughs and sketches. I really like this book because it’s talking about a golden era of japanese animation. I’m not meaning that it was the best era, but it was full of great titles.
