This is the artbook of the first episode of Danganronpa. A new version of this book with arts from first and second episode was released under ISBN number 9784047293663 and published by Enterbrain.

This artbook contains three parts plus a bonus one : File 1 – Characters ; File 2 – Archives ; and File 3 – Interview. The bonus part is dedicated to Monokuma. Each character sheet have the same look : a full-page illustration in the left page, some rough and the right page and two full-pages of differents poses of the character. This is the same thing for all of them.

The second part explains a lot of things about the game : storyboards, movie screenshots, differents works and different goodies. The last part is an interview with the game direction team : Yoshinori Terasawa, Yuichiro Saito, Tatsuya Marutani, Takayuki Sugawara, Kazutake Kodaka, Satoshi Kawahara, Rui Komatsuzaki, Masahiko Matsukura, Mayuko Aranami, Masato Horiuchi, Ayako Nakao, Nobuyoshi Kanzahi, and Kengo Ito. This interview is obviously in japanese.

This artbook is not the best I have but the huge part dedicated to the characters please me.
